By accessing the Robin website (“Site”), purchasing any of our courses, services, or subscribing to Robin Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Robin LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Services Overview

Robin provides the following services:

  • E-learning Courses: Available through Robin Academy.

  • Membership Plans: Monthly and annual subscriptions to Robin Academy, offering access to a variety of resources and exclusive content.

  • Workshops & Coaching: Purchase of coaching sessions, workshops, and downloadable resources via The Nest community.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, guides, templates, and resources, is owned by Robin LLC. Users may download or share this content for personal use but are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying it without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Membership & Subscription Terms

5.1 Robin Academy Membership

​

  • Monthly Plan: $99 per month, billed monthly.

  • Annual Plan: $49 per month, billed annually.

  • By subscribing, you agree to maintain your membership for the selected billing period to ensure uninterrupted access.

  • Cancellation: Memberships can be canceled at any time, but access to courses, templates, and community features will be immediately revoked. Early cancellation of annual plans does not result in a prorated refund.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

6.1 Courses & Services

  • Purchases of individual courses, coaching packages, and workshops are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not offered on Robin Academy Membership plans once a billing period has started.

  • Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Robin LLC. Contact info@soarwithrobin.com for assistance.

 

7. Payment Information

  • Robin accepts payments via credit card, Venmo, and ACH payments.

  • Payment must be completed before accessing any purchased service. For subscription plans, payments are processed automatically per billing cycle until canceled by the user.

 

8. User Conduct

 

By using Robin’s services, you agree to:

  • Respect the community and engage in positive, constructive interactions.

  • Use Robin’s content and resources solely for personal or business-related educational purposes.

  • Refrain from sharing, redistributing, or reselling content to third parties.
